At The Home Studio, we aim to deliver your furniture safely and within the estimated delivery time provided at the time of order confirmation.

In-Stock Items

Items that are currently in stock are generally delivered within 5 to 7 working days after the order is confirmed.

Custom Orders

Custom-made furniture requires additional manufacturing time. Custom orders are generally delivered within 7 to 12 working days.

The exact manufacturing and delivery timeline may vary depending on the size, design, customization, and quantity of the order. The estimated timeline will be communicated separately when your order is confirmed.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are separate from the furniture price and are paid by the customer.

Delivery charges depend on factors such as:

• Size and quantity of the furniture

• Type of vehicle required

• Delivery location

• Distance and other delivery requirements

For larger orders, a bigger vehicle may be required, which can result in higher delivery charges.

The applicable delivery charges will be confirmed with the customer before delivery.

Delivery Area

We provide furniture delivery within Lahore and selected areas across Pakistan, subject to availability and delivery arrangements.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances such as manufacturing delays, traffic, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen situations.

We will do our best to keep you informed if there is any significant change to your expected delivery date.
