Orders, Returns & Exchanges

Once an order has been confirmed by the customer, the order is considered final.

As stated in our Return & Exchange Policy, returns and exchanges are not accepted after order confirmation. All important order details will be confirmed with the customer before production.

In case of qualifying damage during delivery or a manufacturing issue, a replacement may be provided according to our Warranty and Replacement Policy.
