Return & Exchange Policy

At Home Studio, all orders are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed.

Before production begins, all order details will be confirmed with the customer, including the design, size, fabric, color, quantity, and any other customization requirements. Once the customer confirms the details, the furniture will be made according to the approved order.

Please make sure all details are carefully checked before confirming your order, as changes, returns, or exchanges will not be accepted after confirmation.

If the furniture is damaged during delivery or there is a manufacturing issue, we will review the matter and provide a replacement where applicable. This does not apply to changes of mind, incorrect choices, or personal preferences after the order has been confirmed.
